Special Council called on Israeli boycott proposals

The AUT will be holding a special meeting of its national Council after receiving a formal request from Council members.

The special meeting of AUT council will be held on Thursday 26 May 2005 in central London following the receipt of a request under rule from 25 members of council.

The sole business of this special council meeting will be to have a full debate on proposals to boycott Israeli universities.
