Like all unions UCU tries to resolve members' employment related disputes through negotiations at local level. Your branch or local association should always be your first port of call.

Income tax relief on your subscription
Following approval from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), UCU members can claim 67% tax relief on the total annual subscription they have paid to UCU.
