UCU NEC Casual vacancy: call for nominations

An NEC casual vacancy exists with immediate effect for one HE NEC member from the North East.  Elizabeth Lawrence (NEC, Sheffield Hallam University) has been elected to the position of UCU Vice President, which she now takes up having served one year of her two-year term as a geographically-elected NEC member, North East, Higher Education.  In accordance with rules 21.5 and 21.8, a by-election must now be held.  The deadline for the receipt of nominations is 17:00 on Friday 12 July 2013.  The nomination form and other related information including calling notice for this casual vacancy can be found below.
