Drastic cuts in funding our sector has experienced could jeopardise progress towards a fair workplace for all. Legislation exists to help protect those discriminated against and this conference aims to draw on this powerful tool, as well as sharing personal experiences, to support our members.

Speakers include:

• Seth Atkin on transgender equality
• Vicky Knight on gender equality
• Philippa Davey on her recent marathon in Palestine
• Chris Nicholas on attainment in HE, and
• Mark Alaszewski (Thompsons) on the Equality Act.

Event open to all members in the south west who have an interest in equality issues. Reasonable travel expenses reimbursed.
