More of the same from the AoC

6 December 2018

The Association of Colleges (AoC) continue to dish out more of the same on further education pay, despite unprecedented numbers of staff voting to take strike action.

Representing colleges, the AoC have today offered just 1% on pay - an insulting and inadequate response which will see the £7,000 annual pay gap between colleges and school teachers continue to grow.

There has never been a better time to fight back in FE and reject the low pay future colleges are offering.

Vote yes for fair pay - post back your ballot paper today.

If you've voted already - thank you. Please use the 'I've voted' stickers and poster we sent you to encourage your colleagues to post back their votes too.

Capital City College Group (CCCG) has agreed a 5% pay deal for over 1,700 staff - vote YES and keep up the pressure on your college to follow their lead.

By fighting back we can beat the pay crisis - but only if you vote.

Thank you for your support
