UCU Wales student behaviour survey

Members working in further eduction in Wales are invited to take part in this survey on student behaviour in Welsh colleges. 

As you may know we work with our sister unions in Wales on matters of policy, pay and contracts. In recent discussions unions gave agreed to start to address the issues affecting out members as a result of student behaviour. Our starting point is to try and identify the scope of the problem across the colleges in Wales. 

This survey will allow us to do just that. It is very important that every member tries to complete the survey as honestly as possible. Our ability to collect evidence of the scale of the problem and to try to identify the problem areas is crucial in developing our approach to the Welsh government and other interested parties. That evidence base will help us persuade them of the need to make changes in the level of support needed to affect a change in behaviour of students in FE. 

The survey will close on 5 March 2019.
