JEP considers a range of submissions and contributions

Meetings of the USS joint expert panel continue. JEP chair, Joanne Segars, reports back after considering submissions from a range of stakeholders.

At its ninth and tenth meetings the panel considered a range of submissions received from stakeholders, employers, members and interested third parties and deliberated further on their report.  

The panel has benefited considerably from a broad range of contributions in addition to the evidence sessions and wishes to place on record its thanks in particular to all those scheme members and employers who have submitted evidence.

The JEP plan to publish their first report, covering the 2017 valuation, in September. The panel considered the practical matters around how the report would be published.
