England FE colleges involved in the New Deal for FE action, January 2026

28 further education (FE) England college employers, corresponding to 41 UCU branches, are currently involved in the New Deal for FE strike action which will take place on 14-16 January 2026.

Some UCU branches were pursuing separate negotiations regarding pay and working conditions, or already accepted offers from employers. Those are not included in the lists below.
