Are UCU courses accredited?

Apart from our shorter 1 day courses all of the UCU programme is accredited via the Open College Network

All UCU core courses are accredited via the Open College Network.

Samples of your work may be taken by the course tutor in order that they can be sent for verification purposes.

If you have attended a 3 day course you will receive a certificate outlining you credits and the qualification title.

Certificates are issued via the Open College network (not UCU) and can often take some time to arrive. Should you not have received your certificate within 3 - 4 months you should contact the delivering college. Should you not have the details of the delivering college please contact training@ucu.org.uk
