Turkey: academics for peace

Please support a new online solidarity letter in support of jailed academics in Turkey.

The statement, written by UCU members, calls on the Turkish government to drop all criminal charges against signatories of the peace petition. It also asks that the Turkish government desist from the use of antiterrorism laws in ways that criminalize the legitimate and protected activities of academics, expressing full solidarity with Academics for Peace in Turkey.
