FE England national pay talks

Following the submission of the joint FE trade union pay claim (2025/26) in April 2025, the first National Joint Forum (NJF) pay talks with the Association of Colleges (AoC) took place on 26 June 2025. The employers' representatives at the AoC failed to make a pay recommendation at the meeting. The AoC also offered nothing of substance on national workload agreements or the need for a new national bargaining framework for the sector.
