Earned Settlement submission sets out UCU's position

UCU has made a submission to the Earned Settlement consultation which reflects extensive concerns raised by UCU members, including Migrant Members.
Our submission aligns with the submission from the Trades Union Congress, and we strongly endorse the TUC's opposition on extending the qualifying period for settlement and calling for meaningful engagement with trade unions before any reforms are implemented.
