Your Teachers Pension is changing - October 2023

Our latest webinar covers the changes that are being made to the Teachers' Pensions Schemes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, for those members who are eligible for the transitional protection remedy (also known as the 'McCloud Remedy') from 1 October 2023.
These changes are the second phase of the remedy to remove the age discrimination of the transitional protection arrangements from 2015 and will see some members pension rolled back into the final salary scheme, the introduction of remediable service statements, and the facility for members to chose either final salary benefits or career average benefits for the remedy period (2015 - 2022).
