New joiners

We have contacted all of the members who have joined within the last couple of years to ask them what inspired them to join the union. We will collate their answers and use this to develop targetted recruitment material and to establish what the most effective communication methods are.

So far, most people report that they joined as a result of being persuaded by a colleague in their workplace.
