Information about the annual meeting of retired members' branches.
An annual meeting of representatives from UCU retired members' branches will be held hybrid using Zoom on Wednesday, 8 November
Venue: UCU head office, Carlow Street, London, NW1 7LH, 11:00 - 16:30 (registration from 10:30)
Registration
Registration deadline: Wednesday 25 October
Motions
Branches can send up to three motions to the meeting.
Motion deadline: Wednesday, 18 October.

Nominations
Each retired member's branch can submit one nomination for membership of the committee. Each retired member branch will be invited annually to submit to the General Secretary one nomination for membership of the committee.
To be eligible for election or co-option to the committee, candidates must be retired members of UCU and in membership of a retired member's branch.
Nomination deadline: Wednesday, 25 October.

Access requirements
If members have any specific access requirements ( please provide us with full details on the relevant section of the registration form to ensure that we can make suitable arrangements to accommodate members' requirements.
The latest annual meeting took place on 24 November 2021.
