School Teachers' Review Body submission (2025)

The UCU submission sets out the case for correcting the absolute and relative decline in FE pay in England over the last decade and more, the need to close the gap with schools' pay over a three year pay review cycle indicated in the Secretary of State letter of 22 July 2025, and for agreements to address increasingly unmanageable workloads.
