UCU national executive committee casual vacancies 2018-19: results
Representative of black members
The ballot to fill a casual vacancy on the NEC for a representative of black members closed at noon on Friday 28 September 2018. The following candidate has been elected:
Victoria Showunmi (UCL - Institute of Education)
The successful candidate takes up position with immediate effect until the close of UCU's annual Congress in 2019.

Representative of casually employed members (uncontested)
Cecily Blyther (Petroc)
As the only candidate for the casual vacancy for a representative of casually employed members, Cecily Blyther has been declared elected with immediate effect.
